About Le Méridien

Le Méridien Paro offers elegant choices for all manner of private and professional events. Our 612 square metres of flexible space includes a ballroom, a multi-function room, boardroom, and an outdoor dining deck.

All meeting venues are complemented by the latest in audiovisual technology, as well as LCD screens, projectors, and lighting options. Microphones, speakers, podiums, and more can be arranged by request, and additional equipment and services are available through our external partner. Our technical staff is always on hand to help with set-up, breakdown, and troubleshooting to ensure an impactful and imaginative event.

Floor-to-ceiling windows capture Himalayan and river views and allow natural light to filter in. Up to 140 guests can be accommodated theatre-style, and up to 200 for a cocktail reception.

For VIP meetings, our elegant Boardroom affords a sophisticated private space filled with natural light and offers views of the mountains, valley, and river. The Boardroom offers seating for 12 at its wooden conference table surrounded by leather executive chairs. A built-in projection screen displays laptop presentations flawlessly.
